RESIN REXPLUS ANION NIP is a high-performance anion exchange resin designed for advanced water treatment applications. It efficiently removes anionic impurities such as nitrates, sulfates, and other dissolved salts, ensuring high-purity water for industrial, municipal, and laboratory use. With excellent chemical stability and regeneration capacity, it provides long-lasting performance and reliability. The resin’s uniform bead structure promotes optimal flow rates and minimizes pressure drop in water treatment systems. Ideal for demineralization, purification, and softening processes, RESIN REXPLUS ANION NIP delivers consistent ion-exchange efficiency, making it a dependable solution for achieving clean, safe, and high-quality water in diverse treatment applications.
ResinTech RexPlus Anion NIP is a high-performance, strong-base anion exchange resin designed for efficient removal of anions such as chloride, sulfate, nitrate, fluoride, bicarbonate, and silica from water. This resin is particularly effective in applications requiring high-purity water, including municipal water treatment, industrial processes, and food and beverage production.
Manufactured by Ion Exchange India Ltd., RexPlus Anion NIP features a cross-linked polystyrene matrix with quaternary ammonium functional groups. These functional groups are less strongly basic than those in Type 1 resins, resulting in higher regeneration efficiency and lower operating costs. The resin's isoporous structure enhances its capacity for natural organic matter present in some surface waters and provides excellent resistance to poisoning by this organic matter.
The resin is supplied in granular form with an effective size ranging from 0.45 to 0.55 mm and a total exchange capacity of at least 1.2 meq/ml. It operates effectively within a temperature range of 0°C to 40°C. RexPlus Anion NIP is available in various packaging sizes, including 50-liter containers, making it suitable for both small-scale and large-scale applications.
In summary, RexPlus Anion NIP is a reliable and cost-effective solution for anion removal in water treatment processes, offering high capacity, excellent resistance to organic fouling, and efficient regeneration.
